I studied visual arts when I left school, then went on to interior design and heritage conservation.
When my family and I moved from Brisbane to the Yarra Valley in 2006, I decided to return to something more creative. I combined samples from my collection of 19th and 20th century wallpapers with my drawings of local birds, cows and plants to create a range of gift cards. I then started experimenting with screenprinting, and developed the soft range which currently includes tea towels, table runners, cushions and scarves.
